Carry the Flame

Carry the Flame is a minimalist narrative horror RPG inspired by the likes of Dread and Ten Candles, designed for the mini ttrpg jam and the Light and Darkness TTRPG Jam.  Having made it through a dark and empty apocalypse, you and your fellow survivors must now seek out what remains — if anything does — and keep and carry the flame.

You'll need a standard set of RPG dice (d20, d12, d10, d8, d6, d4) and a d2 or coin. As darkness overtakes light and despair sets in, the die — the Torch — will sputter and shrink until it finally fades completely. Play can be facilitated by the Lamplighter, or GM responsibilities can be shared among the players.
